We strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Imperium account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original box with all tags attached to ensure the garment remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
